Imani Sankofa

Hi, I’m Imani Sankofa. I am a Frequency Guide and Soul Doula—which is just a simple way of saying I help people find their inner rhythm, release what weighs them down, and step into a life that feels lighter, freer, and more aligned.

For over 25 years, I worked as an attorney, guiding people through complex decisions and life-changing transitions. Along the way, I also walked my own path of healing—through early motherhood, multiple marriages, and the deep work of rediscovering who I truly am. Those experiences gave me a practical, no-fluff approach to spirituality. I don’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, I believe in real tools that you can use in your everyday life to feel better, live with clarity, and create lasting change.

My work is rooted in Spiritual Frequency Hopping™—a practice of shifting your energy step by step, like tuning a radio to a clearer signal. It’s not about being “perfect” or “high vibe all the time.” It’s about learning how to notice where you are, choose where you’d like to be, and take gentle steps to get there.
